WOOONTA 問他跨界樂團是一支來自台灣的世界音樂樂團，以二胡與西塔琴為核心，在兩種不同的亞洲音樂傳統之間展開獨特的音樂對話。

樂團成立於2015年，由二胡演奏家羅常秦 T.S. Lo 領軍，日本西塔琴演奏家暨音樂總監金光亮平 Ryohei Kanemitsu “Yo” 擔任核心成員。音樂融合亞洲傳統、當代創作、即興演奏與跨文化元素，發展出鮮明而獨特的聲音語彙。

2017年榮獲傳藝金曲獎最佳編曲獎，並於愛丁堡藝穗節獲 The Scotsman 四星評價。多年來足跡遍及琉森音樂節、臺灣世界音樂節、亞太傳統藝術節、Tallinn Music Week、Czech Music Crossroads 及香港藝術節等國際舞台，持續探索傳統樂器在當代世界音樂中的全新可能。

WOOONTA is a Taiwan-based world music ensemble centered around the distinctive dialogue between the erhu and sitar—two instruments rooted in different Asian musical traditions. Founded in 2015 and led by erhu player T.S. Lo, with Japanese sitarist and music director Ryohei Kanemitsu “Yo” as a core member, the group brings together Asian traditional music, contemporary composition, improvisation, and cross-cultural influences to create a sound uniquely their own.

In 2017, WOOONTA received the Best Arrangement Award at Taiwan’s Golden Melody Awards for Traditional Arts and Music and earned a four-star review from The Scotsman at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Since then, the ensemble has appeared on stages across Taiwan, Europe, and Asia, including the Luzern Music Festival, WMF@Taiwan, Asia-Pacific Traditional Arts Festival, Tallinn Music Week, Czech Music Crossroads, and the Hong Kong Arts Festival.

Through the encounter of erhu and sitar, WOOONTA continues to explore new possibilities for traditional instruments in contemporary world music, creating a musical language that moves freely across cultures, traditions, and borders.
